Refund Policy

A contingent non-refundable deposit is required to secure a QHHT appointment date. Cancellations of sessions must be made 48 HOURS OR MORE prior to the session. With that condition met, the session may be rescheduled with the DEPOSIT TRANSFERABLE to the rescheduled booking date. A request otherwise for a deposit refund will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

To cancel one of the pre-booked Distance/Online services, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance in order to obtain a refund. To cancel or reschedule the service you may also create an account and have the changes reflected there, including the refund.
